Hi, I am not getting service from Airtel from 29th Oct 2021. False promise is provided on status of outage till 1st November. After every three hours, sometimes more duration, they will give false promise that it will be restored by so and so time. There is no provision to lodge compliant in Airtel portal for this. This is disgusting.
