I had been to goa where Royal club international team had shown me their program and had asked me to join their membership, however i had told I can’t join they told me that i can try with my debit card emi, where i have to pay just 1 rs and remaining can be paid later on, and if I don’t like the service i can stop payment within 45 days. And they swiped my card, once they swiped it they brought the agreement where they have mentioned as it can’t be cancelled and is non refundable. Even the. I asked Naveen, he told you can stop pay and confirmed me saying one of his client has done that in past. So i agreed and when i spoke about the same with their main office they are straight away saying it can’t be cancelled or refunded. They are saying speak with your bank and bank says they can’t help until they get their money back. You can also see they have done same fraud with many people. Request you to please take strict action against them and help us get our money back from these fraudster.

I had requested Rupali from Delhi, Dipali and Naveen from Goa to cancel the same. But they have denied my request and when i told them i will file complaint against them they were least bothered. Please make them realise what law is.
