Me and my family are avid shoppers on amazon.

we always have excellent service.

i am writing today about the scammer calls my parents constantly receive from fake amazon reps.  i understand this is not amazon’s fault and amazon has no connection to these jerks, but i wanted you to know about a recent false call my mother received:

a so-called amazon rep phoned and told my mom she had purchased a $2000 phone and needed to pay for it or give him information to provide a refund. of course he proceeded to ask for soc sec #’s, address, even passwords.  what an idiot.  and, my mom is not an idiot.  so, of course, she asked the idiot for the millionth time to stop calling and remove her from the stupid list.

He then says, “i want to f*c& you.” Twice.

this is so out of line, it makes me want to throw up.

i know you really cant do anything. but i wanted you to know how bad these scammers have gotten.  and what a shame it is that they are saying thhese things while falsely representing the amazon brand.
