On 29/01/2017, i tried to do a payment of ₹1260 through crownit application which is further associated with ‘epay later’. The payment didnt get approved so i did payment by cash.
After 3.5 years, on 20/06/2020 I received a legal notice from ‘epay later’ to pay amount of ₹2392. This amount was including interest of 3.5 years on ₹1260. I wrote to crownit about the same but i did not get any reply.
When i told ‘epay later’ about the same, they did not listen to me and started harassing me. I agreed to pay the base amount of ₹1260 but they did not agree. Then i agreed to pay ₹2392 but they started demanding ₹3054. Please help!
