I have ordered Pearl Blowing and Sucking Dual Purpose with order-id: OD113635070267184000 about one month back. Status of the order is showing that a product has been delivered successfully, however, I haven’t received the same. I have called their customer care multiple time every time they are making the false promise for resolving the problem within the next 24 hours but the same is not happening. And every time I am receiving the mail that as per courier service product has been received but as a customer, I haven’t received the product.
My complaint is that I have paid the full amount in advance now Flipkart is neither paying me back my money nor giving me the product.
