I never took a loan from Muthootnan but in my cibil report it shows that I took 2 gold loans from Muthootnan and one of them is shown in credit facility status as “settled” and this false information is making banks reluctant in providing me educational loan for my higher studies. Please clarify the mistake as my whole career will be in jeopardy if I fail to pay my fees on time .
