Text of Complaint by Vikrant:

@dhani freedom card is charging subscription fees every month but i was informed that whenever i will use the credit line then only have to pay subscription fees. I need to close my Dhani freedom card without paying subscription fees for current month as i have already paid a lot. Customer service has straight away disconnected my call without answering to my query. I do have call recording aswell.
