Hi ,
We had ordered baby bottle for 6 month plus . but after opening the package we found that the nipple size is not even suitable for a 2 year old kid. How am I supposed to use it for my kid who is 8 months old , if she chokes or anything happens will first cry take responsibility for it .
The customer care executive was very quick and rude in saying that it is a replacement only product and it cant be returned , he is not ready to understand the issue with the product.
if this is how a customer service works then there is no need , as they are not capable to understand customer grievances and provide any solution to it.
