this is to bring under your kind notice that i have booked a ticket from PUNE to GOA on the date January 1,2019. with invoice number 41834. The date on the ticket is January 12 Departure time 12 am . and time of the arrival was 10.05 am. after booking my tickets i received a message from the bus operator that my bus is shifted. when i rang the operator about the same , then the operator told me that your ticket is shifted to tomorrow’s bus, which is january 13, and then i contacted paytm from where i booked the ticket after being on hold for approx,1 hour and 6 calls. Paytm executive told me to book another ticket and upload that new ticket so Paytm will refund my old ticket money. and now after 2 months paytm denied my refund stating that its against the operator policy. I clearly asked the paytm executive several times about the refund policy on recorded line. they told me not to worry and go ahead with new booking. and now no one listening me on paytm care niether the bus operator. i am student who has been cheated and given faalse information by Paytm and bus Operator.
