My mobile screen got damaged On 20-oct-2019 . I went to airtel store and called customer care also but they both provide me false info that my mobile accidental coverage in not valid . So i went to mobile store and repair my mobile But later on I got to know my subscription was valid till nov.
Could you please help me on this .
