While purchasing card, I was been informed that we can convert it to prepaid after 3 months of usage. I was paying bill of 400 without even using it thinking that it will be converted after 3 month. After 3 month I went to Idea store where they informed me that it was not possible. They said you have to pay the bill and use the card. I made a complaint to customer care where the request was been accepted. but later the customer care again called and said you have to user the card what ever happens. You at least have to user the card for 6 month. Where they are charging me 350 to 400 each month. No one is listening to me. I cant give up on the number as this is been distributed. Stuck very bad
