1. I want to bring it to your notice that this company is doing misleading advertisement. The autofill feature is given in the machine which neither allows the machine to work properly nor the technician who visited me recommends using it, Mr.Abdul admitted that this feature creates the problem in the machine. Many buyers have complained about this but the company has neither rectified nor accepts the blunder in the manufacturing process. Inspite of removing the feature, the company is charging more amount via purchase price because the machine has AUTOFILL feature which is a BLUNDER. 2. I lodged complaints as many times, and many technicians called but did not come. Than Mr Sachin came and he moved the machine and said, now it won’t happen. But when I washed the clothes, the machine stopped at 6minutes with UB error, I complained again, and again Mr Sachin visited and recommended to buy the stand and I told him if you assure me that it won’t happen after using stand, I will buy, so first assure me which he did not. So that clearly shows that the technicians know very well that the machine has this problem. Anyhow, he used backtape on floor and said that this trick will work. Now when I washed, again the machine stopped at 6 minutes with UB error. Again I complained and the company sent a senior technician, he came and listened to me and analysed and said leave everything, and show how I load and start the machine, I showed all steps. He said that DO NOT USE AUTOFILL, and USE MANUAL feature. I asked him that I have paid for automatic machine and if your feature does not work, why have you given it? Just to extract more money from the buyer? He told me to use the machine in his manner, I did, but this was just a trick and did not solve a problem, one out of 3 washes, the machine stopped at 6 minutes. I have bought automatic machine 9.5 kg . Now WHIRLPOOL should answer me if I should wash 2 or 3 clothes in this 9.5 kg ? I only wash 5 kg in the machine and the machine stops at 6 minutes even if I use Manual water setting because autofill feature is just to extract the money. This is a misleading feature and WHIRLPOOL should be answerable. I have spent money not to face inconvenience and lodge complaints but to get comfort. What is the point of getting a new item. VIJAY SALES is also answerable, why their whirlpool representative did not explain this so we could have avoided this product. Stop WHIRLPOOL IN INDIA, it is cheating the customers. This time, I want REFUND , take away your product. Mr. Abdul told me if the machine will trouble, I will definitely ask you to throw it back to the company. I NEED EXPLANATION. YOU CAN”T MAKE US FOOL..
