I approached airtel for a broadband connection and the sales person visited me in March and the technician then came and kept the router and all the wires in my flat,after when the payment of 590 was done.For a week the connection was not working I raised a complaint then on 5th April the connection started working.They gave me a sim of airtel at the time of setup to put in any phone and then the technician used all the otp for the connection .The false information by the sales person was1. This airtel number 9831337954 will be automatically recharged when I will be recharging the broadband for Rs.499
2. I told the sales person I don’t need this number because I already have a number then he told you will be getting data and calls balance in it when you will be recharging your broadband
1 week before from now I got aware that I was using Airtel Black and a plan of 799 with an attached Airtel postpaid sim when I rasied a complaint for my bill of Rs.1007 and at that time I told the airtel customer executive tht I don’t want this number to be active and what he did is just separated both the bills and now I am getting a due in my Airtel Thanks app of Rs.502
My only concern is what kind of fraudalent activity is this?Airtel sales person gave false information and gave me the plan for Airtel Black with this postpaid sim.I only wanted was a Airtel Rs.499 Broadband Service
