Hi,
03.07.2023 i had requested for service support through customer care for a single door GODREJ refrigerator. Call no C0307105250.

Technician who came is very consciously claiming to refill the gas which cost worth Rs 2800 + 450 attendance charges.
I clearly explained to him about that sound is coming from relay switch and ask to change it first, if then also issue remains same, we can proceed further.
But his intention is to refill the gas which is not required.
Later i brought a relay switch from local shop and i fix it by own and now the refrigerator is working good.

In following of this i got call from Goderej to convenience us for exchange the product. She purposely check the gas filling cost with us and said will give exchange cost for the fridge is about 3000 rupees.
So the concern have to give explain why this type of false diagnose statement is given and make us unwanted expenses.

And here i claim to reimburse the attendance charges Rs 450 to me, due you made a false diagnose.
