Hi Team,
My name is Mohammed Yasin with a registered mobile number 9987767947
amd I tried reaching you regarding the order id ”ORDER #
402-4312272-8364317”
which I was suppose to recieve on 28 dec However I receive a text message
that it was delivered on 18th Dec to my address which is absolutely false
status as I am working from home whole day so no deliver boy has came to my
place nor i have received any product and I have already paid full amount
to amazon online.
Now My concern is firstly your delivery date is so much delay that I would
have chosen Flipkart or any other online portal to have this my treatment
product and secondly your people show fake or false status that product has
delivered successfully and also your customer service executive wasn’t able
to assist me and instead he asked me to wait for delivery date i was trying
to make understand that fool that product was delivered but still he was on
his own mind and my third concern is I want my full refund and along with
compensation for the bad experience which I faced by you.
