HelloTeamAirtel,
I am a very old costumer using airtel network for more that 9 Years.
The problem i am facing is that i am a prepaid plan which gives me 3Gb of data per day for 56 days. But from last month of April 2021 every alternate day i am experiencing an issue that without any usage from my device the whole 100 percent of data is deducted. Which is a very serious matter. I have enquired the same from customer care..in between two to three times, but im truly unsatisfied and felt disappointed after talking to customer care executives those people who talked to me very easily denied and said they cannot help me in solving this problem.
I am very much disappointed with this way of the dealing with your customers and this is the reason which forced me to write this complaint here.
If i paid my hard earned money to get a particular data plan for every day then how can it be deducted when i am not using it.
So, I request here to the team of people dealing with this complaint section to kindly look into this matter and find out why the false deduction is done from my data plan everytime.
