On checking *199# and on vodafone whatsapp number 9654297000, it says you do not have any active VAS on your number. But when checked on Vi app, in Value Added Services section it shows 3 deductions of Rs 3 each.

Leaving my work in the mid, I am getting headache in finding-

– first, the info about deductions (as it says I do not have VAS activated initially)

– finding an option through code, whatsapp and Vi app to deactivate the VAS (still unsuccessful, couldn’t find an option)

– finding an option to talk to a human (CSR) by all 3 ways mentioned above, still unsuccessful and couldn’t find a way to talk to a human.

In the process of tracking my Rs 3×3 deductions, I have lost maybe 8 rupees charge as call cost to the numbers 198 and 199. Apart from this, lots of hate has been generated in me towards this whole experience. Its traumatic for me, doing this shit instead of my work on the lockdown.
