Hello, I was hoping to submit a claim on your site regarding deceptive payment practices of an App that’s downloaded in the Apple App Store. The app is a game called; Bingo Big Winner. They falsely advertise themselves as a game that pays its users the more they play. In addition they claim to reward prizes for puzzle pieces collected that count towards whichever of the items they listed. Others have expressed their complaints of this within the app comments. I also have not just a many screenshots displaying the time played, and earning yet never receiving even one thing that’s advertised towards its users. There’s also a report filed on the consumer complaints court website from others stating the same. I’ve contacted through email a few times with attached images to “Bingo Big Winner”, yet I haven’t heard anything back. I would greatly be appreciative of some kind of assistance for submitting this as a claim. Please, and thank you, and stay safe.
