Text of Complaint by Kammala Dinesh:

I am using Airtel prepaid services from past 9 years. But from last 2 ears they are giving very worst services . They also representing false and confused recharge packages. I have suffered a lot due to this confused packages. They offer two different packages  with same amount. If we recharged of assuming for one package , they will activate another package. I fed up with these type of services.

Why I am complaining now is, 6 months back dated around June ending , I have complained about not connecting calls to some particulars numbers. They told me that they would rectify very soon . But they not at all solved it till now . In between also i have called twice about the same thing but there is no result.

And another problem is they are sending me the messages about 90 % consuming of my daily data usage even without actually consumed. I have also complained about these things in past.

Yesterday (i.e. 24-10-2018) night at around 10:00 PM , I have recharged for an amount of Rs.49.00 . The benifit I have received for that is 3GB of 4g data which have expiry date that is equal to my current plan. Apart from this I have 1.4GB data per day with my current plan. From lat night Onwards I ahve not at all seen online videos, or not used Youtube etc which consume more data . I have even not downloaded any files from then . I Just played A Game called PUBG for two hours. this may not consume more data. And from then i have not at all  used any data. Actually Most of time I have turned off my mobile data . I even not switched onn my hotspot also.

But today afternoon ( i.e. 25-10-2018) I have received an sms from airtel that I have consumed my 90% mobile data . I was shocked when I Received this message. Actuall whwn i checked in morning it showed me around 4GB data . After that i have turned off my mobile data. But now it’s showing low data.

 

This is not first time . So many times i Have experiences the same problem . And also I Have experienced voice call problems. that while i called to some numbers many times i says “this number is not valid”.  But some times it would connect . If the number is not valid , then how can it connects some times that too very rarely?
