Hi,
I am working with rapido as a captian and also facing issues with my phone number. As a result I am unable to use it at the time of work.
So i just called rapido care to change my Registered number but neither any one is providing assistance properly on help/support section nor anyone fulfilling there promises. I had a word with you 2 agents and they said that they have taken the request of chamgf in number and also asked me to login using new number that i have told them on call for replacement. I was bring waiting for an hour because i was looking to earn but still i not received any notification of my request. Therefore, I called back again to support and shared the entire case. He discussed something with his fellow or might be supervisor and assured me that. My number have been changed and i can login to my profile using new number. I did the same thing but the app was aking for the creation of a new account.
Today, I called the support again to change my number and now they afe saying that again i have to buy a new number for changing it. Do you think i am rich enough and can buy new sims again and again to ride with rapido.
This is not acceptable from rapido..
I am being encouraging my friends to join rapido instead of ola or uber. But this experience changed my mind.
This is my last mail to you to inform you that why riders started opting another platform to earn instead of rapido.
Either solve this issue on high priority or else i will stop using rapido forever not just for earning also for my iwn use..
