1. The sale person gave lot of false commitments or the booking team is not fulfilling the commitments.
2. They are charging some exchange fees for every resort.
3. The company is not able to provide the hotels which are promised
4. The company is not giving me full refund as well, as they are not able to fulfil the commitments and charging me 70% as administrative expenses fees.
Kindly help me in getting refund
