Text of Complaint by Tabrej Shaikh:

I have been cheated by giving false commitment by the sales executive (Rizwan Shaikh) of Country Club. Below are the details.

Prior to finalizing my decision, I engaged in a substantial discussion with your sales executive, Rizwan Shaikh. In our initial conversation, I made it explicitly clear to him my purpose for acquiring this membership. In light of my family’s upcoming trip to Dubai, I was in need of suitable accommodations and Rizwan informed me that upon joining the Country Club, I would have the opportunity to book an international hotel. Throughout our discussion, he even requested the details of my travel, assuring me that he would promptly arrange my hotel reservation as soon as I made the decision to become a member. I have provided him with these details on multiple occasions.

Following extensive dialogue and the assurances provided by Rizwan, I ultimately reached a decision to invest in the membership. On the evening of the 28th, I completed the transition and officially became a member of the Country Club, sharing all the relevant information with Rizwan.

Falsifier No#1.
Upon completing the necessary membership procedures, I discovered the first untruth – AMC charges. I was falsely told that these charges would only be applicable to me next year, which turned out to be untrue. I was given the impression that I would only need to pay Rs. 3000 annually for AMC charges, which was a falsehood. However, upon downloading the Country Club app, I observed that the AMC charge was actually Rs. 7030. When I informed this discrepancy to Rizwan, he confirmed to me that this is a system issue and all the users are facing the same issue. It will be rectified soon and I should be able to see Rs.3000 AMC charges, which I have to pay after 1 year.

Falsifier No.2.
As previously mentioned, I have already booked my flight tickets to Dubai for the dates of 25th December to 2nd January. When I approached Rizwan to initiate the booking process, he advised me to wait until I received my Membership card. Finally, on September 7th, I received my membership card and once again contacted Rizwan to proceed with the booking. However, he then instructed me to wait for my DAE card. On the 14th, I received an email from 7ACROSS (formerly DAE) containing my membership details. It was then that Rizwan informed me to call 7ACROSS customer care, reset my password, and activate my account in order to book my stay in Dubai.
Unfortunately, when I contacted 7ACROSS customer care for my booking, they informed me that they do not have any hotels available in Dubai, leaving me incredibly frustrated. I immediately informed Rizwan about this issue, and he assured me that he would look into it and ensure my booking was completed. He asked for some additional time to resolve the matter, but it has yet to be resolved. This ongoing delay and lack of resolution make me feel as though I am being deceived. It seems that Rizwan is merely making false promises to customers in order to achieve his sales targets and cheat them.

Falsiator No.3
When I reached out to Mr. Firoz (Customer Care Executive) he informed me that there is a 10 days cooling period. Which was never informed to me, when I asked this to Rizwan. He informed me, I can cancel my membership anytime and the amount would be refunded to me or he will work and get my membership transferred to someone else. I don’t understand on what basis you have set 10days cooling period? When your initial procedure takes more than 10days to complete.

I am unwilling to jeopardize my vacation for an individual who cheats. I no longer wish to be a member and would like a refund of my money. As I feel I have been cheated by Country Club.
