I am relocating and was also looking for new broadband connection for the new address. I thought of going for Tata sky broadband as I already use their dth. Executive sunil got in touch with us saying if you take broadband then he will get dth shifting cost waived off. We went ahead with it and when executive came for relocation they asked us to pay 850 which then he settled for 500. When I called customer care I was told by ms nahid parvin that complaint taken and will get resolved within 24 hours. When I asked her whether to pay or not, she was not ready to answer saying wait for 24 hours. Do you expect me to ask the guy to wait in my house for 24 hours till I hear from you guys. Really shameful. And it doesn’t end here. When we called Sunil, he denied saying I didn’t promise for dth, it was for broadband. Horrible service, false commitments and absolutely no sensitivity
