Text of Complaint by Alok Kumar Raut:

When I have visited to Airtel store located in Hadapsar, Pune on 4th of July 2020, they have asked me to call customer service to change from Postpaid to Prepaid due to excessive charges.

Then I have called the customer care number 98490 98490 and they have assured me to waived off 236 rupees from my billing amount and same time my plan has been changed by executive from 399 to 225.

Now no body is ready to accept this commitment. I want to escalate this why there are false commitments given to customer? This is purely beaching the Integrity and fall under cheating customer to bind with Airtel. Can Airtel give any types of false commitments to bind their customers?

Can the call record on 4th July will be listen by concern team and the commitments given will be fulfilled with strong action with defaulters in all these time I have misguided?
