I lodge a complaint regarding WiFi on August 12 and they gave me a slot between 10-11 am same day, still no resolution was provided. again i called on 121 they committed for 2-3 pm still no resolution was provided on the issue and on enquiry they again gave me time slot between 6-7 pm. They told me that if they fail to follow their commitment between the given slot ,The issue will be solved tomorrow (13the august) early in morning. Team reached my area around 3-4 pm on 13th august that is way too late then the mentioned time slot. They gave a very ineffective resolution, my wifi worked only for a day and again disconnected on august 15. I called them again on 15th and they did not mention anything about non staff working due to independence day and committed with full confidence of 11am and later same was procastinated to 6-7pm( 2 hours commitment as per the senior service desk when i called at 5 pm). I called again on 7:20 pm to get updates and still no resolution was given and non availability and reason of delay was not shared with me. This is not the first time airtel degraded their services, for past few months i am experiencing a lot of problems but their team never solve the problem on permanent basis. Commitment should only be given when they resources are not available,this just show non coordination between departments else keeping customer under shadow is really offensive. I have already payed for yealy subscription but most of the time i do not get quality service. I request the authority to kindly enquire about their casual behaviour of their commitment towards their customers.
