Not happy with the Airetl service, it’s been two monts only and i have witnessed the false commitments and irresponsible behaviour of the Airtel as a brand. they can withdraw any benefit without notifying the customer at any point of time. and to bring customer to the platform shows very promising realationship and commitments. so i decided to port out my number 9216530324 , family connections and disconnect the broadband connect too.
While giving connection to me the 649 it was told that it will also have subscription to Amazon prime for 1 year and Netflix for 3 months. So I have port in to Airtel from other service provider. And after two months when I tried to subscribe for the Amazon prime and Netflix subscription and called on helpline they said we do not have such plan with us and your plan is old plan we do not have Amazon prime and Netflix in it. On their Airtel application it is clearly mentioned that on and above 499 plan we provide Amazon prime . And if you are already using the subscription then you can use it when your previous subscription will come to an end. Please check attached screenshot and also read question 13 and answer
