First they agreed for all my requirements with in my budget and once I purchased the package then all get changed from luxurious vehicle to normal and luxurious rooms to congested rooms, in my case they gave me super deluxe package and told Innova vehicle at booking for 7 members for our trip and they changed to Ertiga at last movement so that you forcefully need accept that and family rooms which we told to accommodate 3 to 4 persons becom couple room wich only can accommodate 2 persons, if you take this similar package at the time of booking with others you may get it in very very less price, so totally fraud company, They charged the GST at the time of booking of the package, but did not received the GST return, this is purely cheating and unfair trade practice.
