This is to inform that sales representative of Jio Aur fiber has made false commitment and made customer fool.
Name of their representative is THIMMAPUR PRATHAP (Mob- 7815895252).
He asked me to pay Rs.1000/- as booking amount for new Jio Airfiber connection and once they receive booking amount he will install their Jio Airliner connection within 11 AM IST on 10 August 2024 and once I paid amount he stopped to attend my call. I was waiting for him for whole day but he did not responded my call.
I tried to call him at evening then he sent me message over whatsapp that his grand mother has expired and he will call me at morning and close my order to next day I.e. on Sunday 11 August 2024 and on Sunday also he did same thing that he did not called me and not answered to my call.
He totally wasted my whole weekend with false commitment and I got frustrated and my BP got increased due to this and my menal stress also got increased lot.
