i had applied airtel broadband connection via airtel thanks app. Airtel sales contacted me and provided 3 month 999+GST plan which have OTT benifits included, later after 3 month completion same sales engineer suggested to downgrade plan, but after recharge of 9619 INR airtel removed OTT services which is wrong as i have still 9 month OTT subscription left. i checked with airtel over 121 customer care but they are not refunding me money back and just giving excuse of sorry on behalf of airtel employee for making false commitment. i feel this is bad practice to attract customer by making false commitment and indirect loot of money as any commitment should be made as per company policy.
