I had applied for Tata Sky Binge servcies on 13th Apr 2019, installation of the device was done on the same and however subscription wasn’t successfull. Upon escalating, it was informed that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, didn’t get resolved.
Post which , i have call their customer service thrice and all reps promised a resolution with 24 hours and a technician will call me, however neither it got resolved nor somebody call me. Irresponsible customer service and no commitment toward customer.
