On 10Aug2024 I raised request to install Jio Airfiber connection at my home and I have received contact as Pratap +91 78158 95252 Jio Airber team.
I called to Pratap and paid booking amount and he said that they will complete new Jio Airfiber installation before 11:00 AM IST on same day.
There after I called him whole day and upto 4 days but he never received my call.
I was very frustrated at time and my BP got increased and stress level also increased.
