HELLO SIR/MADAM,
GREETING OF THE DAY, YESTERDAY 06/06/2022 i have visited at AIRTEL GURGAON SECTOR 14 OLD DLF COLONY STORE, and there i have requested for one wifi fiber connection , And on terms of that Airtel employees will start my connection with in same day or in next day max, but today on 07/06/2022, when i take follow up for all these things now these guys are telling that we are sorry delay , this is the first false commitment.
and when i reach at their store for refund my amount, these guys are saying that we have put request to the management and atleast they require 10 days for the same and when i say ok atleast give me some confirmation slip or receipt for cancellation they are just ignoring saying they cannot .
Please help for the same.
