Recently purchased JIO AirFiber connection and paid amount 8481.84/- for one year plan. At the time of booking excel sheet was shared by executive showing details of all TV channels available which also had ETV Telugu but that channel is not available and after mailing them for details and why channel is not available no response after multiple follow up. Also recently facing network issue and have raised multiple request (total 5) in last 10 days and I am not able to use internet which is impacting my work because of Work from home. I have asked them to cancel my services and refund my amount but not doing the same. They have accepted false commitment and need refund back because of the same and also network issue which is impacting my work , time and energy. I have to call and follow up again and again. I have not paid entire amount for such service and commitment. Please help here.
