Text of Complaint by Lokesh:

As i was facing issue with cost of plans/network so planned to port out of Vodafone after 9 years. So Vodafone retention executive called me and made commitment to provide me same plan as other network. and said it will be activated in 24 hours. So once i did not have this  activated in 24 hours i tried to call customer care. after that 5 days i have rolling in calls with customer care ,backend team and retention team  ,everyone making statement that your request is in progress and you will receive a call back they made it so worse for me by neither letting me out and doing anything with request. every time they created a request and closed within 24hrs without resolution finally one day they said they can not fulfill their commitment and its was a false commitment and fraud made by us(vodafone VI) .
