Text of Complaint by Bhavnesh kumar:

I have booked two 1gb speed two broadband connection on 17 nov 2022 and your sales person committed that it will be done on 18 nov 22 on first half but he make false commitment and then again make one more commitment by 18 nov 22 evening its will be done but after 18 nov 22 evening he didn’t pick my any call and didn’t get any response from your employee usama khan 9958927894 . I tried calling again and again but no response i don’t any connection from that type of company those didn’t hear his customer , So kindly please refund my whole amount and revert asap either i have to go for next process or legal way but still they did’t response and yesterday i have again made a complaint but they are not able to provide any solution .

I still facing speed issue and your sales person Usama making me fool everyday , He is not able to handle single query please disconnect my connection and refund my whole amount either i have to go legal with consumer court.
yester i have made 10-15 call in a day and in every call he said my technician is on the way and coming in your office in 10 mintues . If by today i didn’t get any respone from your company hand i will file a consumer court against your company for making false commitment and harassing us.
