Sir I took a subscription of life insurance leads on 05.11.2022 of rs 39333/- for which I was suppose to get 33 leads at the time subscription miss Thanvi and Varun who is from sales team they told I am into a premium package because when I requested for partial payment after service I’ll completely make full payment and agreed they told us at the time of purchasing to make the payment 1/3rd I.e 39333/- in my name for which was for suppose to get life insurance leads but whatever they said at the time of taking the subscription theyre not fulfiling they made one agreement in the name of mou and told me that whatever they said before taking its the same thing in mou and they have mentioned whatever want they want I trusted these guys and signed it but now when they are not able to fulfil I asked for refund and been to their office more than 5 times and everyday I am calling these are not even ready to take the calls. They cannot refund and told it they’re just telling we are giving the service you have to continue I have recorded every call of Thanvi,Varun, service team everyone says different different things so I decided not to continue to work these guys till now they had sent 24 leads 22 are not interested 1 is interested and ready to pay 500/- weekly so I didn’t take that. They’re just wasting my time and refunding the amount in the name of leads they’re just passing the numbers of customers they’re not bothered to check weather he is interested not interested customer had informed the telecalling team of Finpluss that they’re not interested but these guys sent me as a lead I have that recording as well. For this service I paid 39333/- for that I am not getting premium package service Team is telling I am into basic package

Premium package 100000+ GST
Now I am asking for a refund they Have to because I have taken a money from the third person for him even I need to pay ask them to refund on a high priority
