Yesterday dated 18 Sep 2023. I registered on shine.com. And they asked for Rs.3640/- as Priority services.
The next day Mr. Abhishek called me and informed me that he is my Relationship Manager. and told that i need to pay various type of services to get my task complete.
Which was not informed me earlier. If needed you can ask for call recording from Shine.com.
So i don’t like the process and immediately i asked Shine.com to stop the process and Refund my money. And they deny to refund the same. My question is if i don’t want to take the services after knowing the process. My money should be return back to me. If needed i will provide the payment details
