Text of Complaint by Devi Kumar A:

I requested for broadband connection and a agent contacted and completed the application formalities along with payment. However even after 3 days there was no installation done nor the agent contacted back. Is this a kind of fruad activity which Airtel is encouraging. I need the application to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded fully as the installation was not done. This is worst experience I had and the years of trust on Airtel is no more. In our family we have 4 members who are customer’s of Airtel I don’t think it’s going to continue after this incident. Please cancel the request and  refund the amount.
