I ganesh jagdish shetty trusted customer of vodafone company, using vodafone prepaid vodafone-idea phone number-9819067123, got false information and commitment regarding 399 plan refund against my active plan which was Bymistakenly activated through paytm of my registered mobile number-9819067123, I had share the recording for proof stating a positive commitment for refund in the call from your company’s executive name miss sayali for crediting ₹ 399 plan amount refund on my paytm account within 6 hours, till now I didn’t received it, and now your executives are giving false commitment against it. So kindly request you to look at it and do the needful at the earliest ASAP and kindly refund my amount of ₹399.
