I Mrs. Modi had a pathetic experience at your thane (miraroad branch) one lady picked up my call and without answering she kept me on hold and later on she disconnected that call … Your customer care department took my request regarding address change of address and new set up box and asked me to wait for call back till 48hrs… Same no reply no update.. as a customer I called up up-front and again gave same request.. again process of 48hrs …. It was a disaster service which spoil my time and call and after doing all I am still with my concern which is not resolved.. as a customer I want to register a complaint against it and urgent resolution for same
