I had Installed 2 accounts of Tata sky 4 months ago – ID : 1483115851.
I also purchased amazon fire stick because of few commitments given by the technician at the time of purchase.
Commitments were :
Amazon fire stick monthly charges are rs.200 which includes Amazon, Hotstar, Voot, Zee5, shemaroo, you tube excluding Netflix.
this worked few months very well. Yesterday my amazon was not working so i called up the customer care & the agent says that amazon prime was never free to you. you have to pay additional 299 to access it on top of firestick charges of 200.
on top of that the customer service agent Mr Raj was justifying his technician saying that he has never said this.
Pathetic service – today i got a call from backhand team & they were repeating the same lines & there was no solution.
& they have forwaded my complaint to cancellation team & still i feel that they will be same.
Such a pathetic service by this brand & they always give false commitments at the time of purchase & then they deny.
