My Airtel d2h customer id. is 3015586374. Today I received a call from Airtel, stated that there is offer for you in near about 1300 rs for 6 months with an additional benifibe of 15 days. As I have already near 400 rs balance in my account, so he told me to recharge with an amount of rs 873. He also stated that he will make a call when I recharged and add the above stated benifits in my accounts. But after recharge , I got a message regarding unable to processed long duration pack due to technical reason .
I called customer care through the day many times, but nothing is fruitful.
How can your representative gave false commitments. Why can not Ur customer care representative solve this issue throughout the day.
- This is totally a disgusting experience with Airtel. I wants immediately solutions of this matter otherwise refunded my 873 rs. If you cannot do the same, I can not continue with Airtel whether it is DTH or in mobile segment.
