We moved from Vashi to Sanpada and asked for Relocation service. Even though the customer care executive promised that the service would be reassigned to new location. It has been 14 days and the service is not provided yet. We have been calling customer care every day for last 10 days and every day they claim that the service operator will come to our home to finish installation but that never happens! This is unethical behaviour TATA SKY Broadband Services.
