Tata sky has charged me with Rs 3032 for something they have not done. They did replaced a remote and informed me that I need not pay anything for it as its under warranty. And Now they have charged me with Rs 1999 for that. Then they mentioned that they gave us the adaptor (which they did not give) for Rs 1199. And service Visit for Rs 150.
