I had received a SMS stating ‘ Thank you for using mydala powered deal, you have been charged Rs. 49’ on 17-12-2020. I have not used any deal or used any value-added service (VAS). I had contacted the VI (the service provider) store regarding these false charges. They said it will be removed from the post-paid bill. I had similar experiences where they have charged Rs. 60 for activating a caller tune, while I did not activate any and for that matter, no caller tune was activated on my number which I checked by calling from other numbers. Telecom service provider companies should stop these practices where they falsely charge their consumers.

I got an sms –
thank you for using mydala powered deal, you have been charged Rs.49. Your balance is Rs.29.
I have never heard of you and have never taken any service from Mydal powerd deal or whatever.
I have sent you a whatsapp, called you and emailed you and there is no response.
This is pure fraud. Give me my money back or I will file an FIR against you.
