Text of Complaint by Muskan Thakur:

I purchased a new sim card from jio where the executive visited my house and after the document completion he told me that he’s going to recharge my number as it is a part of process where the amount of recharge he told me was ₹399 (3month plan as per the agent) + ₹100 for the sim activation and so I paid him in cash and told him I wasn’t aware if the activation charges where he told me it’s a process which jio is following and left my premises then later I got email and sms confirmation of my new sim card activation with ₹149(1month) recharge then I called the agent (Mohit) where he told me it will get update in 2-3 days now it’s almost 2 weeks he has stopped answering my calls neither does he reply on text plus I was trying to connect with jio which also is a task to do
