Hi,
I own Airtel Mobile # 9980350384 & my Relationship number is 105-102109477. I am in Germany for last three weeks, International roaming is activated. I have not used this number for making any phone calls or sending SMS, I have used the internet with company provided wifi & not with the Airtel Network. Today, I receive a bill amount of 17,790Rs which is not fair . I have not received any upfront communication on this & today the bill comes as a surprise without undue notification. Please help me address this irregularity in billing.
