This is to inform you that, couples of month ago I had ported my Vodafone idea sim to jio(7064147992) and it was successfully ported, I was availing the services of jio since then. However suddenly I got a mail from Vodafone related to due of non payment and my network was ceased and terminated without providing me any opportunity of hearing neitheri was informed about the same, also several a times I had made complaints and tried to convey my grievance to the jio customer, as well as vodafone idea support and went through service centre too, but no support was provided from there side. Therefore I was left with no other option but to file a complaint therefore I lodged a complaint as to harassment and terminated the network of jio without providing any opportunity of hearing or notice. The services from Vodafone has really been disappointed me and since then my no. Id not active and i am suffering a lot because my that no. Has been linker with bank accounts and my professional profile.
Kindly assist me with the same at the earliest.
