I’ve received my bill for my Jio fiber on 1st Oct and only for 2 days I’ve been charged 879 Rs, which should ideally be 56 Rs as per the bill plan of 699 per month.
Also, I’ve paid 3 month advance, but just after 2 months instead of 3 months I got a bill to pay Rs. 56 … so my 3 month advance rental exhausted in just 2 months and after complaining about the same from Oct 2021, till date 13-Dec-2021 no action has been taken by jio customer care, they are trying to give example of calculation but not understanding that 3 months means at least 90 days and not 58 days.
