Sir,
I am Dr Anita Sehgal using Airtel landline no. 01141085500 in New Delhi.I got my broadband connection reactivated on above no.3 months back and was told.that the plan has been activated.To my shock I receive a bill of RS 2474/…A call was made to customer care on 28th October and 6th nov..The senior on the line apologized and said that as the requested plan.was not activated so the bill had come more and he will be reversing rs 1000 as was his limit for the month.He suggested me to pay the balance of RS 1474/…and
that remaining extra billed amt will be adjusted in next month bill.
I paid RS 1475/…on the assurancee that the extra billed amt will be adjusted in next bill( as he has a limit of RS 1000/…only) and that the plan will be activated.
To my utter shock again I receive a bill of rs2366/.. this month so I immediately Again called up 12th december.Again the senior apologised and said the plan change has put forward but still not activated
And she has put forth for it to be activated again and extra bill will be reversed.
On these instances the call has been more of 30min and everytime the senior has apologised and assurance was given about the plan change.
Today on 14th to my utter disbelief I get a call saying the plan can’t be changed.
We trust the technician s and the customer care personals word and promises.
A request to kindly look into their false promises,assurances,breach of trust ,waste of time on calling them up and mental agony
